Uuuhhh..... what do you mean your *pants*? Like... your legs? ....or your genitals? Typically with ASMR, you're supposed to get a tingling/tickling sensation in your head/neck. Though some people report feeling aroused (sexually) while watching ASMR. Which is why it's so contested as to what is actually happening to the brain when we watch it. Are you experiencing the arousal? Or some other sensation?

They have that feature, it's called giving youtube money every month 😒 I refuse, on the grounds that they force ads on us that creators have no choice over. Nah, I'm good youtube. You could use an adblock if you're on a computer, and they have some available for mobile phones, but you'll need to use the browser youtube on your phone in order to use it. Hope that helps!
